1. Cancellation Requests

You may request to cancel your order within 3 days of purchase. However, please be aware that once an order has been processed from our side, it cannot be canceled.

2. Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel your order within the specified timeframe and it has not been processed, you will receive a full refund. However, if we have already initiated the delivery of services, we may deduct a pro-rated amount based on the work completed. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
